2/ ORDER VALIDATION:
The booking of tickets is done in real-time. You are therefore informed in real time about the availability of products at the time of your order, based on the category you choose.
We remind you that the fact of validating the order implies the obligation to pay the amount indicated.
The handling fee for each order will be 7€.
The fee is applicable to all orders, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. It covers bank charges and website technical costs (development, maintenance and anti-fraud).
Grandstand tickets and VIP services that require shipping will also have a €7 postage charge.
3/ ORDER PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 The site only accepts credit card payments or credit card payments in 2 transactions.
Payments in 2 installments is free of charge until February 28, 20204.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, orders paid for by credit card will be automatically reimbursed by our service provider OGONE (excluding handling and postage costs) or by bank transfer (in the event of card expiry, card blocking, etc.).
3.2 Payment by credit card allows you to reserve your tickets online in a firm and definitive manner. Cards accepted for payment of ticket orders are those of the CARTE BLEUE / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD networks.
3.3 We remind you that only one method of payment is authorized per order.
4/ PAYMENT SECURITY
Philibert et Associés – PHA has chosen to entrust its payment system to OGONE, a company specializing in secure online payments. PHA guarantees the confidentiality of your banking information, secured by SSL protocol, which checks the validity of access rights when you pay by credit card and encrypts exchanges to guarantee confidentiality.
The 3D Secure payment system has been established as part of the fight against fraud. This service is available for free and can be activated for payments using Carte Bleue, Visa, and MasterCard.
Your bank can verify your identity at the time of payment using 3D Secure (or Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code).
PHA will not store your credit card details and will only use our secure payment provider to process your order.
5/ CONSUMER MEDIATION SERVICE :
Amicable settlement of disputes between the Professional and the Consumer in accordance with articles L611-1 to L 641-1 and R 612-1 to R 616-2 of the French Consumer Code. In the event of an unresolved dispute between the Professional and the Consumer, the Consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Mediator. Before referring the matter to the Consumer Mediator, the Consumer must alreadỳ have attempted́ to resolve his/her dispute directly with the Professional by means of a written complaint, or have made a complaint under the terms of the contract concluded with the Professional. Consumer mediation is an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. If the conditions are met, consumer mediation will take place according to a precise process and the texts in force. The procedure is free of charge for the consumer (R612-1 of the French Consumer Code).
TO CONTACT THE MEDIATEUR DE LA CONSOMMATION: If no agreement is reached with the professional following a complaint, amicable settlement of disputes between the professional and the consumer in accordance with articles L611-1 to L 641-1 and R 612-1 to R 616-2 of the French Consumer Code (Conditions of admissibility). Procedure free of charge for the consumer.

IMPORTANT: Never send original documents to the consumer ombudsman. Please send photocopies. Never send defective, disputed or refundable items to the Consumer Ombudsman. Please state your telephone number and e-mail address.
Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, performance or termination of the contract concluded between the “Parties” shall, in the absence of amicable agreement, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
6/ HOW TO OBTAIN TICKETS
Tickets and invoices will be dispatched from April 2024 to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
The shipment is made based on the chosen option and the destination country.
NO SHIPMENTS BEFORE THE 1st week of April 2024.
► by COLISSIMO without signature (handling fee 7€ and shipping fee 7€ per order). This mode is only valid for metropolitan France.
► by international courier “DHL International Express” (handling fee7€ and shipping fee 30€, 35€ or 40€ depending on destination; see the list of countries available during the order process).
In the case of multiple orders, we reserve the right to send your orders in a single shipment, without the possibility of reimbursing shipping costs.
WARNING: the “Pick up tickets on circuit” option is obligatory:
►for certain destinations that are not covered by our service provider
► for all orders made from April 19, 2024 onwards.
Tickets can be collected directly from the circuit ticket offices, which are open continuously from Thursday to Sunday.
To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation and proof of identity.
If the person picking up the tickets is different from the person who placed the order, it is compulsory to present a sworn statement and a copy of the identity card of the person who placed the order.
7/ ACCESS CONDITIONS
The buyer must present his ticket at the control to enter the circuit. The purchaser undertakes to respect the circuit’s internal regulations and the provisions of the ALLIOT-MARIE law N°93-1282 of December 6, 1993, not to contravene security regulations and to comply with security requirements (searches, identity checks, storage of inappropriate or dangerous objects by the security service, etc.). The buyer must comply with all existing or future rules issued by Philibert et Associés – PHA or Dorna Sports S.L.
For your security, the site may be equipped with a video surveillance system, under the control of the competent authorities and liable to be used in the event of criminal prosecution. A right of access is provided in accordance with article 102 of the law of January 21, 1995.
The purchaser undertakes to comply with all instructions, particularly those concerning safety, issued by the organizer to ensure the safety of spectators.
Any infraction, fraud or attempted fraud will automatically result in the withdrawal of the ticket without reimbursement and without prejudice to criminal prosecution.
No photographs or recordings may be used for any form of advertising, public display or any other purpose (except for private purposes) without the written consent of Dorna Sports S.L. For the acknowledged right, the ticket holder authorizes Dorna, Sports S.L, the circuit, as well as their delegates, to use his/her image and/or likeness, in any live or recorded display or other retransmission of the event, including without limitation, the rights to advertising and/or commercial exploitation.
The position of the young children in the arm or on the knees is formally interdite in the tribunes reserved to the sale, they will have to titled a ticket paying with access tribune.
All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, reproduce and rebroadcast the event are reserved by Dorna Sports S.L.
The ticket holder undertakes not to take any legal action against Dorna and/or the circuit and/or to incite anyone else to do so.
8/ CANCELLATION – REIMBURSEMENT
8.1 No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
Show tickets cannot be reimbursed, even in the event of loss or theft, nor can they be taken back or exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of a show.
8.2 In the event of cancellation of the event
In the event of cancellation of the Grand Prix, only the ticket price will be refunded. This refund will only be made to the original purchaser against return of the ticket (if tickets have been sent).
PHA-Philibert et Associés is in no way responsible for any changes that may be made to the MotoGP World Championship calendar for the 2024 season.
In all cases, Philibert et Associés – PHA will not refund or compensate any fees of any kind whatsoever (e.g. postage and packing).
9/ MOTORSPORTS CAN BE DANGEROUS
The designated holder of this ticket hereby waives all legal rights and claims, in the event of any accident or damage caused or sustained while on the circuit.
The holder hereby waives all rights, claims, suits against the organization now or in the future, and releases the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, Dorna, IRTA and the promoter, as well as all affiliated companies, directors, official members, employees, agents, service providers, representatives and contractors from all liability for any personal injury, death, damage or loss as a result of his presence on the circuit during the event. Philibert et Associés – PHA shall not be held liable for the occurrence of any event constituting a case of force majeure or arising from the fault of a third party, including, but not limited to, bad weather, strikes, changes in regulations or decisions by any competent safety authority.
The purchaser expressly waives any compensation of any kind whatsoever in the event of the occurrence of any of the above events.
10/ SANITARY INFORMATION
The safety and health of our spectators, partners, riders, teams, staff, media… are the priority of the French Moto Grand Prix.
The French Moto Grand Prix will follow government directives in place at the time of the event.
All ticket holders must comply with French legislation. Any person not complying with sanitary requirements will not be allowed access to the circuit and will not be entitled to a refund.
